The side started practicing on 7th November 2024 with just three dancers. They were determined that the side would be fun and informal but we’ve grown very quickly (to 17 dancers and 7 musicians by 7th November 2025) forcing us to become a bit more organised. On 10th November 2025, at an EGM, we elected a Squire (Simon, one of our three founders), Bag (Jan), Foreperson (Helen, another founder) and Conductor (Music) (Alfie).
